Mitchelli's Chef Josh Craig
Chef Josh Craig came to us from the San Francisco Bay area, but was raised in the South where he trained with Five Star Chefs in Charleston and New Orleans.

Our 3 daily specials – salmon, steak and Chef – enable Chef Josh to take advantage of the freshest seasonal ingredients available on any given day.  Josh has enjoyed pairing our local mushrooms, savory squashes and fall vegetables with ravioli, soups, pastas and risotto.  He is currently working on his Spring menu and looking forward to launching the new menu March 28.  Josh feels his pastabilities are limitless for exploring the rich bounty of our Pacific Northwest.
